The featured story offers the First Quarter Statistics for 2010 in Mat-Su Valley and shows the current state of the real estate market.  Notably, a positive change in the number of home sales from the first quarter of 2009 to the first quarter of 2010 could be seen, with an increase from 177 in 2009 to 190 for this year.  Average sales prices remained relatively the same between the two years, as did average days on the market.
